OPENING REPORT
C.A. WORLD SERVICE CONFERENCE 2011
ARCHIVE REPORT
INTRODUCTION AND OPENING COMMENTS:
It is my pleasure to say since Archives inception we have had a consistent work flow, we began with structuring the committee, its guidelines, procedures, its hopes and dreams. As a young standing committee, we have emerged a functioning asset of the fellowship of Cocaine Anonymous. Our year began with the assignment of a New Trustee who brought opinion, inspiration and passion to her place in the committee. Without her I don’t we would have been able to be as successful as we have been this year. During this year the most important task we have been successful in, has been the production and distribution of the first in the series of 8, CA Commemorative Reissue Chips which was debuted at the World Service Convention in Arizona. We successfully sold 350 out of a thousand so far. But the highlight of that Convention was when the First Chip off the press raised an impressive $1,200.00 for CAWS during its live auction! We want to especially thank our Trustee Kim S. for her unwavering support and dedication throughout this year. We want to also thank the World Service Office DOO Linda F. and John B. for their support and persistence, and the WSOB for giving us the opportunity to fundraise on behalf of CA.

CLOSING COMMENTS:
In closing I would like to say that as the Chair for this committee it renews my passion every year when I see other people in the committee and this conference take notice of our work and be a part of our successes. If you haven’t yet, you can still be a part of our success by seeing either Ira or Susan and BUY your very own Commemorative Reissue Chip from, they will be available all conference for purchase. Our objectives this year are to finish the Oral History outline and begin tasking Areas to provide us their history and to work on any referrals that may come our way. During our closing we will be bringing a motion to continue our production of the Commemorative Reissued Chips and hope that this conference continues its support of Archives.
Thank you for letting us be of service. Thank you.

Roy R.: When are the Areas going to start donating archives?
