OPENING REPORT
C.A. WORLD SERVICE CONFERENCE 2010
Hospitals and Institutions Committee
INTRODUCTION AND OPENING COMMENTS:
CAWS H&I Committee have effectively worked in obtaining the 2010 H&I Panel Statistics. Trustees from each region supported us on this effort, along with most Areas and Districts who have graciously provided us the information needed. These statistics are represented in the H & I Statistical Map which represents past as well as our present 2010 statistics. We thank you for assisting us in obtaining this information to pass on to you.

H&I is also interested in formulating the Bridge Program (called CA Lifeline) that would bridge the gap between treatment centers and local CA groups so that newcomers could have a place to go. This idea was generated from Arizona, and the committee has begun discussions of this concept.
There is an H & I sheet that will be placed on the table for conference attendees to sign. It will be decided by the committee who it will be passed on to at the conclusion of the conference.
H&I Committee communicated throughout the year through conference calls and on-line groups. We would like to reiterate that you do not have to be a Delegate to participate on these conference calls or the on-line group.
CAWS H&I Committee has reviewed the new H & I Guidelines
