Archives 2017-1 From Susan B. On Line Service Area (In-Conference): That the Archive Committee create a catalog of items available to travel to Regional and World Conventions, along with an order form. This would require the creation of a Duplicate Archive, with items numbered literally, perhaps with a bar code, for easy tracking and identification. I believe that these items could be viewed and ordered in an online catalog format which would automatically create a printable manifest for ease of to and from fulfillment. If you wanted to get really automated, there might be a way to calculate

Closing Comments:
We still have much to collect and thousands of C.A. items to preserve, catalog, and present to our fellowship. It the responsibility of the World Archive Committee to protect and preserve C.A.’s legacy by protecting C.A.’s future, through the preservation of C.A.’s past. It’s an honor and privilege to serve.
Respectfully Submitted:
Cameron F.
C.A. World Service Archive Chair
Jason L. – You mentioned that you had started recordings and such? How will these archival items be accessible to the fellowship?

Cameron F. – The oral histories are for the Archives Committee only at this point. We do not have a definitive answer at this time.
Jason L. – What about the other items?
Cameron F. – We are creating a database of minutes that can be searchable. Jason L. – Would that be available to members?
Cameron F. – Ideally, yes, the entire fellowship.
Trevor S. – Seeing no further questions, please thank the committee.
