INTRODUCTION AND OPENING COMMENTS:
ARCHIVE: Archiving ouR CA History Is Very Exciting
The World Service Conference Archive Committee is responsible for the process and oversight of, the Fellowships Archive. We liaison with the World Service Office in maintaining archive preservation.
COMMITTEE INTRODUCTIONS:
Our committee members are: Myself (Patrick Potter) Chair Person, Joy Hutcheson Vice Chair, Dot Thompson, Shawn Boccocini, Monica Suyker and our faithful Trustee Lawrence Matlock.
REFERRALS THAT WERE WORKED UPON DURING THE YEAR:

We received a few referrals and friendly suggestions over the year. However because our procedures and guidelines have not been approved we will be working on them as soon as possible.
CLOSING COMMENTS:
We want you to know we are working on a procedure and guideline booklet that will clearly and concisely explain how to archive, so that you will be able to help your area properly archive.
