OPENING REPORT
C.A. WORLD SERVICE CONFERENCE 2006
ARCHIVE REPORT
INTRODUCTION AND OPENING COMMENTS:
This was an exciting year for CA in regard to archives. As most of you know the Archive Committee was admitted to World Service Conference as a standing committee. We spent the year drawing suggestions from the World Service Office and others involved with the current preservation of the CA history. We have a created some pre posed ideas for the archives structure and guidelines.

CLOSING COMMENTS:
Being a brand new committee we don’t have any members at present moment and we are encouraging members of this body to participate in the preservation of our history. Please see me following the end of this session for more information.
Ruby Lemoine- Can you clarify what measure is in place to protect us from being Googled?
Patrick Potter- We will work out those issues however; there is no way that a PDF file can not be searched that is with in the server.
Howard Eley- If an outside source wants to access our site, can they?
Patrick Potter- We would use our best judgment. There will be password protected access and that will be up the WSO or WSBT
Nicholas Lynn- Is this an altruistic venture?
Would you consider a subscription fee?
