REFERRALS THAT WERE WORKED ON DURING THE YEAR:
We continued to work on a viable format to combine the Census/Survey forms so they will be available to the fellowship on line. This should facilitate the tabulation of all the data. (The combined form will still be available in hard copy). We were hoping to have this completed prior to this year’s survey, but are committed to have it ready for the our next Membership Survey.
I am happy to say that the Committee with the assistance of Elizabeth S. and Linda F. our Director of Operations we were able to bring the International PSA to fruition. At this time we would like to extend our heartfelt gratitude. Thank You both. The PSA will be available in three languages English, French, and Spanish. (Special Thanks to Yves W. from Montreal, Quebec for his assistance with the French) Merci Yves.
I would also like to Acknowledge past committee members Gerard C., Robert B., and the past Media Chair Cynthia L. whose passion for this project was amazing.

I would like to ask the Chair’s and the Conference’s indulgence and allow us to preview the PSA at this time and suspend the rules to vote for approval by this body. By doing this we would hope to have copies available for the Delegates prior to their departure.

CLOSING COMMENTS:
Public Information it may seem dry and not that exciting, but we are the link to the general public. How are we to grow the fellowship without informing them that we are here? We ask that you come and join us in our efforts to get the message out that we ARE “HERE and we are FREE” I look forward to welcoming those of you who are willing to serve. PI ROCKS!!!!!!
