C.A. WORLD SERVICE CONFERENCE 2012
IT COMMITTEE REPORT
74 Approved – REDACTED
INTRODUCTION AND OPENING COMMENTS:
Over the past year the IT Committee has continued to review and add new websites, including websites from Russia and Sweden, which has required us to utilize translation tools to keep be able to review the sites with the same criteria as the English language sites. The committee has also continued to review existing websites linking to www.ca.org. We have continued throughout the year to communicate via emails and we also held a conference call to review and share ideas. The IT Committee is grateful for the opportunity to assist and help our Fellowship expand in their exciting world of information and technology. Our purpose has continued to be to serve as a resource to our Fellowship in areas of emerging technologies.

Our 2010 Conference

approved IT Committee Workbook and Guidelines is now posted on www.ca.org.
We incurred no expenses and therefore came in under budget.
CLOSING COMMENTS:
As our fellowship continues to grow, technologies continue to evolve and become a bigger part of our daily communications. Social networking continues to evolve and its use is becoming a more acceptable means of communication. Therefore this committee continues to serve our Fellowship by providing information and recommendations to help us evolve and utilize every available and new emerging technology in its best light.
As a new or continuing delegate, you will enjoy the fun time shared on the IT Committee. We welcome the technically challenged to be the expert who are interested in technology, or members who merely wish to express their opinion and want change. We welcome EVERYONE! Please consider serving on the IT Committee, where you will always feel like you made a difference.
In love and service, Brian K. – WSITC Chair
