C.A. WORLD SERVICE CONFERENCE 2013
H&I COMMITTEE
INTRODUCTION AND OPENING COMMENTS:
Over the course of the last year the H&I Committee has continued to: provide support for groups starting out with the Lifeline in their areas, answered letters to inmates asking for support other than literature, and made an attempt to contact different H&I chairs around the world. This Committee has also revised the Guidelines to reflect the 2012 Conference changes.

REFERRALS THAT WERE WORKED ON DURING THE YEAR:
Over the last year the H&I Committee has cleared up referrals from the 2012 Conference. The major task that needed to be taken care of was the housekeeping of the guidelines and the addition of the reading “Who is a C.A Member.” These items have been taken care of and the updated guidelines have been given to the office.
CLOSING COMMENTS:
The H&I Committee looks forward to a productive 2013 Conference. We welcome any referrals. People interested in H&I, are encouraged to join us. We are always looking for more committed members and creative ideas.
