The WSBT would like to thank the WSOB for their service and commitment to the fellowship of C.A. We look forward to continuing to work closely with our Office Board and assisting, when requested or required, throughout the upcoming 12 months
We continue to be prudent with Trustee expenditure and came in under budget. The TEC conducted business and followed the process of electing new Trustees. We are extremely excited by the upcoming CAWS2015 Convention in Las Vegas. We have been unable to address any referrals due to our workload at this conference but will work on these throughout the year.

To remove the H&I can as a separate fund raising tool of H&I. The simple fact is H&I is not an autonomous entity within CA its not unlike any other standing committee. H&I like PI should have a designated budget. Passing a separate can creates financial dispensation from financial responsibility of the Area or District. It creates an unfair disadvantage and the language in the H&I Guidelines almost insinuates that its expenditures are agreed on by only its committee when in fact any funding should reside in the body in which created the committee either the District or the Area. When H&I has more

money in donations then the District does to pay for vital necessities like rent, it creates an unfair disadvantage. And to use H&I money for anything other than H&I is fraud.
2014WSBT-02
To expand the Cocaine Anonymous brand in order to make it more drug inclusive by adding a tagline that coincides with what are first step says we are: Suggestions include: COCAINE ANONMYOUS “Recovery from cocaine and all mind altering substances.” or COCAINE ANONYMOUS “And all other mind altering substances”

Tony D – Any questions to the center mike.
Stu E – Thank you all for your work. What is going on with the non-addict trustee position? Russell S– Please maintain that question and keep the momentum going. We did speak with Father Francis, asked him how he felt about the position, what kind of budget would be needed, etc. Please keep asking that question so it stays on the agenda so we can benefit from this position.
Ste E – There comes a time when ‘progress’ is not a suitable answer to this question.
John M – Thanks for all your service. Without saying, any minute now, do you have a timeframe for the new European Fulfillment Center?
Russell S – January 2015
Richard L – As we are growing to other countries in Europe, do you foresee a second European Trustee to divide the duties?
Russell S – Submit that in a referral please so we can consider it.
Tony D – Seeing no more questions, please thank the committee. Next up is Finance to finish their report.
