Larissa O; Yes. Speaking for the motion. Stuart J; Point of Order: That allegation made during this motion is punitive and egregious to TAL. Language used is not appropriate.
Duane M; What we determined we will not have attacks on the person Stuart J;
Duane M; we want facts not to attack people. Larissa O; continues to speak for the motion. Duane M; we are in debate now.

Jennifer G; Continues to speak for the motion
Jesse Go; Point of Order – Mr. Chair I don’t believe you can censor debate like this. The comments are relevant to the topic. I am interested in what is being said. I think you are cutting down the debate a little too much.
Duane M; Thank you for your input. I respect that. We made a motion to divide. I see how difficult that is. I respect what you are saying. I am trying to allow some latitude. We don’t answer the 5th concept, and we talk about the merits of the motion. If it gets too personal, I will stop it. You are giving us a lot of groundwork to think about. Was something answered in a timely manner? That is what we are trying to understand. We don’t answer the 5th Concept statement? We can answer the motion, when it gets too personal – that is when I am going to stop. Were there recordings did they follow process, that we can answer here – not correspondence between 2 individuals.
Jennifer G; It is difficult not able to bring this up as it has not been transparent. To ensure an informed decision on the floor is made.
Russell S; Point of Order – As the chair you are over stepping. You need to allow debate. I understand it is sensitive, but you cannot control debate only facilitate. You cannot choose what is discussed in debate. You allowed 5th concept on debate yesterday
2 | P a g e
Debate needs to be facilitated and not controlled.
Duane M; That was received and duly noted. I understand the difference between facilitation and control. Once again, I will ask you to be concise to speak to the motion regarding the TAL, the correspondence I do understand that. Let’s be concise about that. Discussing what is and isn’t appropriate
Jennifer G; I have spent time on preparing this to ensure it is concise and not punitive. Jennifer G; Continues to speak for the motion
